I'm not the biggest fan of Brazilian steakhouses but this one personally is one of my favorites. Service is great. Food is good and you will definitely leave more than full!

Came here for a pharmaceutical rep dinner, we had a huge room in the back. The servers were very attentive the whole night. Came by multiple times with meat skewers and asked us our drink requests. The salad bar had a nice spread, but the quality of items were okay compared to other steakhouses.

Great restaurant, the food was great but a tad too salty for my taste when concerning the meats. Don't get me wrong, the meat was still good, but there were certain cuts that currently escape my mind where the salt was a bit too much. Service was good, and the staff was very attentive and willing to please with anything we asked for. They kept coming around filling up our glasses and making sure everything was good, if only everyplace was like this.

I love their salad bar and the variety. Meat quality is good, but they can have variable salt levels- sometimes i feel it is just right and then, sometimes, too salty. It takes a while to get filet mignon, ribeye, or picanha; just ask the staff, and they will bring it right away. I also like their cocktails- jolly rancher martini and caipirinha very good There are many staff and managers constantly checking on you. I really appreciate the service whenever I come here. The restaurant is very elegant and not too loud despite a large number of people here. My only complaint is the parking. I understand that this is elevated dining, and I like valet for convenience at times, but putting cones at all the parking spaces and forcing you to valet is just wrong..

First, the parking: it's ONLY valet. the entire lot is that way. on the other hand, the parking staff was courteous and there is not a fixed fee. Tip appropriately . Don't snack before coming here. There is so much food, and it's all good. Skip the: - rice that comes first - mashed potatoes that comes out beforehand - the rolls / popovers are delicious , but tiny. eat only one & save room for the MEAT. The meat comes, and keeps coming. if there is anything you want from their stock, ask for it. it comes out rare to well done. This is the perfect place for a large group.

If you come here, come hungry! The experience starts with the salad bar. I had a small hitch when they were out of shrimp salad. I asked about it and was told a few minutes longer. I went back to my seat and there was a plate of it. How they found me, I don't know ow. This place is huge, bigger than most restaurants. The meats were very tender and seasoned well. The variety is impressive. I thought the parking was a challenge at first. There is NO self park. Accordingly, simply come prepared to valet. It was efficient and you pay what you want. This is the perfect place for a celebration. They allowed us to bring our own cake. Five star for certain in food and service!

This place was a meat lovers / foodie lover's dream palace. This was my first all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse experience. This place has set the bar very high for future buffets, all you can eat, and Brazilian steakhouses to come. Upon arriving we were told the wait was going to be 15-20 minutes when real wait time was 35-40 minutes. The ambiance was outstanding, the atmosphere was elegant and inviting. I like that there were a lot of space in between tables/parties that made the dining experience seem more intimate. There were lots of people with reservations coming in and even those parties were told to wait 10+ minutes to get seated. The salad bar was self service with a plethora of items to choose from. There were a variety of fresh greens and impressive items. There were deli meats, cheeses, fruits, and other appetizers. The servers were all very attentive and polite. My visit for a dining experience at Chama Gaucha was expectional. The food was delicious and the the service was excellent.
